Progression to the Science of Healthiness

Happy smiling woman with curly hair lounging on couch.

The pandemic has demonstrated just how important good health is because the COVID-19 disproportionately affected people with chronic illness and unhealthful lifestyles.

Life expectancy increased during the last century, but we are now seeing a decline due to of increases in chronic illness.

Did you know that about 50% of all Americans suffer from at least one chronic illness, and 75% of all deaths are attributed to chronic illnesses?

Our healthcare system is good at treating disease once it emerges, but waiting for a disease to emerge is not the answer. Once heart disease, cancer, and dementia take root, it’s too late.  You’re left with a shorter lifespan and diminished quality of life as the result.

But the good news is science can now measure nutritional, genetic and, metabolic components that are contributing to these chronic illnesses!

Slowing ageing and reducing chronic diseases at their roots are the results.

Through wellness-focused medicine, individual life spans can extend well into the ’90s and beyond.

The question is are you motivated or interested in improving and extending your own health?

Here in my clinic for each patient, I combine these powerful scientific tools with my experience and knowledge in developing a tailored and individualized program.
